4/5 stars because it came in resealable plastic bag, not a container. I emptied out and washed a pepper container to empty vinegar powder in there.. allowing me to shake the powder on to my popcorn. Otherwise, 5 stars.

Thank you for your question, any of the vinegar powders can be used as a liquid substitute, making catsup is a good example of how to put the vinegar powder to use.
