Recommended ApplicationsUse sparingly in pickles, mulled wines, cooked meat, poultry, and shellfish. In Western Europe, often ground cardamom is often used in Dutch biscuits and Scandinavian aquavit, cakes, pastries. In Middle Eastern recipes, ground cardamom is used in preparing desserts.
