We’re spice people and we’re just going to admit it. Having a pantry of spices is tough. You don’t always have every spice you need for a recipe and sometimes you buy a spice to only use it once and then let it go to waste. The list of spices needed for a proper dry fajita seasoning mix is extensive, but this blend helps save money and cabinet space. Garlic, cumin, cilantro, cayenne, salt, sugar, a bit of hickory smoke flavor and plenty of other fragrant spices come together for our fajita marinade blend. Toss these spices with a bit of vinegar and oil and some strips of beef and let sit overnight. The next day, you’ll have some mighty fine fajitas.
