Perfect on eggs, massaged on home-cured bacon, sprinkled on wild duck, mixed into dredging-flour, tossed with greens, and even rubbed over a hand-tossed boule before baking. This unique blend will ingratiate you to coffee and chile peppers (more so than you already are).
We use high quality espresso beans, sweet ancho chiles, smoky chipotles, and hot and smoked paprikas to form a bold base for all your cooking needs. We’ve backed up the chile pepper pow with ground mustard, brown sugar, sea salt, ginger, oregano and coriander. The result will leave you sweating everywhere from the heat and slightly buzzed from the espresso.
