A perfect blend of tropical fruits from the Pacific Rim and tea from mainland China. This is a fruity tea with a bitter back that pairs perfectly for a breezy outdoor breakfast with sticky slices of pineapple and bergamot financiers.
Green Sencha tea is soothingly blended with fruit and flora to create a relaxing blend. It possess a juicy cut of papaya at the front, and a warm drydown of pineapple lingers at the back. In the middle of each sip heart notes of blue malva flower adds a bitter, but gardenia-like note to balance all the fruit. This pineapple papaya green tea is mellow and sweet, and though it’s caffeinated it doesn’t provide that crazy green tea rush. Rather, it gently nudges you along.
This pineapple papaya green tea is excellent for any laidback occasion. A perfect accompaniment for lavender tea cakes with a bit of lemon glaze, ground into powder and added to pound cake batter before baking, or poured over ice.
