Dried Morel, Shiitake, Chanterelle, Porcini, Bolete, and Oyster mushrooms are tossed together to create a savory and complex mushroom blend. It’s woodsy, savory, and meaty with hints of veal and sweetbreads. It’s the hand crafted leather chair of mushroom blends: soft, sturdily built, and worn-in in all the right places. These mushrooms will easily make any dish a thing of comfort.

|Basic Preparation||Wild mushrooms may have stones imbedded in their flesh. It is strongly recommended to reconstitute the mushrooms prior to use. Rule of thumb, 1 oz. of dry mushrooms reconstitutes to 3-4 oz. of fresh mushrooms. To prepare, start by rinsing the product in cold, running water to remove any debris. To reconstitute, put the desired amount of mushrooms to be used in a bowl, cover with boiling water and then let them soak for 15-20 minutes prior to draining.|
