Citrus Green Tea
Lemons, lemons, lemons! Fresh blades of emerald green tea crash together with thick chunks of lemon peel for a tea with zing!
Citrus green tea is a tea that engages the nose and mouth simultaneously. The aromatic of this tea is all lemons, whereas the taste is a slightly bitter green. It’s a tea that makes for a good anytime tea – perfect for studying or when you want something to sip while watching your favorite trashy show. For something special do a deep steep for about eight minutes and add lemon juice, milk, and a dash of rhubarb bitters.
